An Essential Biography for Any Collector

The Life of Israel Putnam, Major-General in the Army of the American Revolution by William Cutter, 1859

This compelling biography of General Israel Putnam—who famously ordered his troops, “Don’t fire until you see the whites of their eyes!”—is a must-have for Revolutionary War enthusiasts. It provides deep insight into Putnam’s role at the Battle of Bunker Hill and throughout the war, drawing from letters, reports, and interviews. A fantastic addition to any collector’s library.

A Stunning Oil Painting – A Battle That Changed History

"The Battle of Bunker Hill" by Jim Butcher, Original Oil on Canvas

American painter Jim Butcher captures the intensity and heroism of the American militia with this striking, original oil painting. Butcher’s work masterfully depicts the dramatic defense of Breed’s Hill, showcasing the courage and determination of the Continental Army. This is a one-of-a-kind piece of art that belongs in the home or office of any history lover.

An Iconic Portrait of a Revolutionary Leader

"General Washington" by Thomas Cheesman, after John Trumbull, 1796

This rare, historic engraving of George Washington portrays him at a pivotal moment, between the Battle of Assunpink Creek and the Battle of Princeton, where his leadership turned the tide of the war. A striking and highly collectible piece, it’s a tribute to Washington’s military brilliance.

A Rare Revolutionary War Campaign Map

"A Map of the Country from Rariton River in East Jersey to Elk Head in Maryland" by Samuel Lewis, 1807

For those fascinated by military strategy, this incredible map details the troop movements and key battles of 1776 and 1777, including Trenton, Princeton, and Brandywine. It’s an invaluable reference for historians and collectors alike.
