Jack Nicklaus Signed Collage
Presented is an autographed close-up photograph of golf legend Jack Nicklaus. Nicklaus is captured with his golf club in hand at the 1986 Masters Championship in Augusta, Georgia. Nicklaus signed the photograph in black felt tipped ink in the bottom left corner of the photograph.
The 1986 Masters is considered by many golf fans one of the best - perhaps the greatest - Masters of all-time. Jack Nicklaus, who was four shots off the lead with four holes left, got an eagle and two birdies in his closing holes to win the Masters for a record sixth time with a stunning 7-under-par score of 65. He beat Greg Norman and Tom Kite by a single shot.
The "Golden Bear" was 46 years old, making him the oldest man ever to win a Masters. He hadn't won a major in six years. He hadn't won a PGA Tour event in two years. Yet on that fateful day in 1986, he pulled a come-from-behind miracle and won. This raised his major total to 18, a number that nobody in the sport has threatened.
