Nouveau Garden Limited Edition Fountain Pen

This Nouveau Garden fountain pen was designed by miniature artist Lynn Peterson and inspired by the form of Venus-esque women in art history and lush gardens. Beauty, grace, and delicate colors combine beautifully in this limited edition, one-of-one pen.  

Lynn Peterson hand-painted a miniature oil painting on the pen's cap of a female figure, draped in billowing fabric and set in a blooming garden. Based on her original sketches and color palette, Eagle Pen Company crafted a complimentary pen body of shimmering mother of pearl.  Mother of pearl, in all of its beauty, is a challenging material to master.  It has to be carefully sliced into strips and laid onto the pen by hand.  The entire pen has been sealed with a glassy lacquer, protecting the painting and the mother of pearl for generations.

Lynn Peterson, a world-renowned and accomplished miniature artist, creates special gouache and oil pen lines for Eagle Pen Company. Each pen is truly unique and requires, on average, 8 to 12 hours to complete. Lynn’s abilities to paint in such detail and to paint directly on the round surface of the pen body are unmatched.

This pen comes as a fountain pen with a complimentary rollerball writing kit. Ink for both fountain pen and rollerball are included. Pen is constructed of solid, surgical-grade stainless steel. Mother of pearl inlay pen body and hand-painted cap. Pen is sealed in clear lacquer.
